Configuring ADSL Modems.Monitor Network Core, Distribution, and Access Layers and act proactively to minimize response time. Accessing network nodes such as DSLAMs (Zyxel , Paradine ,D link, Zhone and CTCU) Routers, Switches and BPXs in order to troubleshoot technical problems and solve it remotely if possible.Accessing Concentration point like MALC (Multi-Access Line Concentrator) in order to troubleshoot technical problems and solve it remotely if possible.Managing technicians, moving them between network nodes and following up with them while solving hardware problems.

Giving technical support to clients through every method from supporting by call, onsite support visit, or via remote access control.Working on a product Alcatel and search tenders with the team leader and find alternative solutions and work quotations.Configuring and administrating Alcatel PBXs (4400 Crystal, OXE and OXO).Solving the problems that exist in any service-related section linking the central CRM system and adjust the Alcatel Data Switches and link IP PBX system with Alcatel PBX centrals.I do a preview with the client before embarking on a particular project.
