This was the developement of a screenprinted carbon electrode using laccase in an enzyme recycling system for the sensitive measurement of dopamine.

Development of an impedance based sensor by measuring the impedance or capacitance change of an electrode coated with an insulating customised polymer layer. In response to a small pH change, the polymer coating was rapidly degraded causing an impedance change. The pH change could be linked to an enzyme catalysed system, in this case using urease as a enzyme marker.
