I have extensive experience in the composite industry spanning 13+ years. As a production lead at Silverstone Composites, I have had vital role in many projects, going from concept through to final product. through my leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills I have contributed to the manufacturer of high-quality composite components in various sectors, this includes, F1 and other top-level sports, automotive, and military. I am a self-motivated and hard-working individual; this is reflected throughout my composite career. I have been honoured to have been a part of several companies that have grown over the years, with my roles/influence increasing at each stage. I always want to develop my skills in this sector, and I believe that I will bring valuable knowledge to many projects. My experience in my current role has given me a set of skills that will allow me to thrive in this industry. From working to tight deadlines, stringent processes and liaising with others to produce the best results. This role has also let me learn new skills from Sigma nest to CAD. Through my education and professional career, I have been able to hone my analytical abilities with attention to details and a keen eye on results. I work well with others, and I am able to define project objectives in a clear and concise way. I always embrace new challenges, where I can contribute my strengths to any team.
