• Responsible during pre-tender stage in terms of taking-off quantities, budgeting, negotiation, quotation and procurement.• To manage pre and post contract administration in terms of costing, claims, variation orders, final accounts and evaluation of progress claims.• Administer subcontracts on quotation, tenders, budgets, costing, payments, Variation orders, extension of time, final accounts and contractual advice.• Responsible for setting up contract agreement with subcontractors and suppliers. • Responsible for supervision and coordination of M&E works with main contractor and consultant.• Reviewed project specifications and technical clarification with main contractor and client's representative.• Prepared project schedules, construction drawings for site inspection using Auto CAD software.• Maintain good working relationships with site personnel and clients' representative.• Collaborated with team-members to achieve project goals and specification and complete the project successfully.

My responsibility included that I designed the 3D model for the building and simulated annual energy consumption model using visual DOE simulation software, IES simulation software. I have designed the model and consulted with customer in order to achieve targeted points to get Green Mark Certificate for the building. I Completed the project within the given deadlines. And also collaborated with team-members to achieve project goals.
