About Wai Zin

Originally from Myanmar and hold an MBA from Paris 🇫🇷 as well as HR diplomas from the UK 🇬🇧. I came to Japan in 2020 for a visit, however due to the pandemic and Military coup consequently, I was unable to return to my country. This situation led me to rebuild my career in Japan from the ground up with zero Japanese. I accumulated over 10 years of experience in human resources in Myanmar and in Japan, I have started my career as an English Teacher, currently working as a recruiter and talent acquisition in Japanese IT firm while studying Japanese along the way. Native level in English and business level in Japanese. Love challenge in startup phase, travels, adventures, hiking and kids. 🏔️ Hiked up to 16 mountains in Japan elevated up to 2031 meters high. 🧗
