In my early academic research focusing on hematology and immunology, I utilized large-scale genetic perturbation screens, flow cytometry, cell sorting, and computational tools to identify druggable vulnerabilities in AML and explore inflammation- and aging-related changes in hematopoietic stem cells. Currently, I’m focused on developing mRNA-based logic circuits for programmable therapeutic expression in cell-specific contexts, while also driving advancements in NGS, protein engineering, and purification to optimize core discovery platforms.
