My independent work is a kaleidoscope of ever-evolving shapes and colors. I am passionate about exploring and creating sensible spaces that engage with diverse concepts and perceptions of time. My work ranges from tangible environments to abstract explorations, from projects at universities linked to the transdisciplinary field of futures studies to curations that explore spaces of inter-being. The Swiss Forum on Foreign Policy – foraus, a grassroots think tank generates independent, high-quality recommendations for Swiss foreign policy decision-makers and the public, thereby bridging the gap between academia and politics. During my over three years as Engagement Manager at foraus, I not only managed a wide variety of projects, but above all several dozens of volunteers, who are the heart of the organization. As part of the innovation cell, I experimentally created spaces that spark innovative ideas for pressing global issues. For this purpose, we developed the crowd-sourcing platform Policy Kitchen. My ability to work methodologically experimental, conceptually, and analytically strong on foreign policy issues was most vividly demonstrated with the project management of the transnational participatory strategic foresight project "Quo Vadis? Envisioning human mobility for 2050". A collaborative project uniting several European grassroots think tanks and the pan-African youth organization The Youth Cafe. Over 100 participants from around the world worked together to co-create futures of human mobility and co-ideate necessary actions for the present.

Swiss television and radio pioneer Roger Schawinski conducted half-hour interviews with personalities from society, culture, politics, sport and entertainment. The guests, who acted as decision-makers or opinion leaders in Switzerland, were to be portrayed from new angles in order to give viewers more nuanced assessments of their activities in the future. I assisted the producer in preparing the weekly programme by, among others, co-creating background dossiers for the interviews, writing press releases and other content for the SRF website and preparing film and text contributions for the programme.

Sharing my love of water sports by encouraging people to explore Lake Zurich on a stand-up paddle. As an executive assistant and head of product, I contributed to the success of the start-up SupKultur and helped to make it the leading SUP rental and learning destination in the greater Zurich area. As an instructor, I gave courses and SUP city tours.

I was fortunate to do my internship at the EU Delegation in Berne in the final phase of the EU-Swiss negotiations following a popular initiative which tasked the Federal Council to limit immigration by means of quotas and ceiling. Incompatible with the Swiss-EU Free Movement of People Agreement, negotiations showed great similarity to Brexit demands and went straight to the heart of EU values. Researching information for and contributing to the drafting of political reports, factsheets and briefings as well as preparing and writing public speeches for the Head of Delegation and other senior staff were among my tasks. I co-managed the Delegation's website and social media activities, including selection and editing of news and press clippings, drafting of own articles, posts, and tweets, and ensuring the community management with our partners and stakeholders. I supported the Political and Media Officer, both administratively and regarding substance, in outreach activities such as a program of visits to some 30 schools all over Switzerland carried out in cooperation with EU Member States Embassies. I also contributed on regular basis to the Delegation's daily press review on EU-Swiss relations covering the trilingual (GE, FR and IT) Swiss media space, drafting summaries of the articles in English and substituting the other intern in charge of this task during his absences.

Adelphi consult GmbH is a leading German think tank for policy analysis and strategy consulting based in Berlin. Tasks included research and editing of the Climate Diplomacy website (https://www.ecc-platform.org). Development of a contact database, evaluation of feedback, support of marketing for student training days and support in the preparation and implementation of a conference on behalf of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety.
