Provide support for Abbott cardiac rhytm management product (pacemaker and ICD) implant and follow up

1. Conduct technical and clinical training, education, CME presentation, and on-going supports (on-site and remote application support) to product user and sales personal by providing scientific knowledge and product technical information.2. Collaborate with field service engineer and account manager to support clinical sites on new installation, demonstrations, machine software upgrading, troubleshooting, and workflow optimisation.3. Collaborate with sales team to ensure successful of product launching, clinical training and evaluation, and product demonstrations. 4. Attend and provide technical support for medical conferences such as National Pathology Conference Malaysia, webinars, and conference talk.5. Proactively maintain and build strong relationship with customer.

• Maintain and expand existing and new sales account within assigned territory by promoting laboratory diagnosis product.• Proactively build and maintain strong relationship with customer and KOL.• Conduct CME related to product introduction.• Participate in tendering process (Government hospitals and clinics)• Perform sales and market analysis and strategy for product positioning and competitor information.
