Originally hired as Head of Client Services for Europe and achieved rapid promotion to direct APAC services encompassing team of 14 client services managers focused on client account management and campaign operations. Senior representative for international client services in multidisciplinary meetings – including operations, product, marketing, and engineering.

Drove strategic launch of UK MSN, Hotmail, and Messenger mobile portals. Evangelised the commercial offering securing digital ad budgets across Microsoft’s mobile ad properties. Team size of 6 people focused on mobile ad revenues across Microsoft’s Digital Advertising Services group (~80 people). Provided account management, product development support, site analysis, reporting, KPI management and troubleshooting.

Promoted to lead Ad Operations overseeing Campaign Management, Publisher Account Management, Process and Ops, Finance & Office Management. Set up the UK teams processes, workflow and rollout of new tools. Screentonic was acquired by Microsoft in July 2007.
