As chief executive officer, I direct TRIBE's vision and culture and provide strategic leadership to the team in designing and delivering on our strategic priorities effectively. I primarily manage business development operations, fundraising, lead growth and expansion, and provide strategic support to programs, branding and communications, technology and innovation across our three portfolios: Learning Solutions, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Academy, and Social Impact Consulting.

Providing technical support to the development of the Liberia Health Marketplace—a health market platform—as a catalyst to foster innovation and introduce new private health products and services in Liberia.Through the USAID-funded Frontier Health Engagement (FHM) program, the LHM will seek to improve health outcomes, identify and invest into innovative health solutions, promote scale-up or expansion of promising health businesses, and collaborate with other investors to expand access to appropriate, health-specific financing mechanisms for health innovations and health SMEs.LHM is primarily addressing health innovators' access to capital, skills, and technical assistance to build viable business models and grow to address critical health challenges inLiberia, including voluntary FP, maternal and child mortality, malaria, and other health issues.

I teach two undergraduate junior-level Project Management and Strategic Thinking courses, combining a mixed-method approach to teach students and ensure they develop skills and understanding relevant to the course that they can apply in the real world.

Explored what social impact means for e-commerce and tech companies and designed a social impact strategy for HiConversion.

Co-organized and co-led interviews for over 90 students and parents at the Monrovia Football Academy to conduct an impact evaluation on the program's sports-academics approach to students' personal development. Created and conducted the pilot surveys, developed a digital processing system for data collection and transitioned the research from paper-based. Implored principles of regression discontinuity and difference-in-differences research designs to compile aggregate data and carry out analyses on data sets.

Supported the global business development team's efforts to build an operational framework for the finance, human resources, sales, marketing, and fundraising efforts; and surfaced key insights and learnings that helped elevate the overall organization by working cross-functionally.
