Hey there, my name is Alex!I am a current graduate student obtaining my Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Mays Business School here at Texas A&M University. With a passion for continuous learning and developing an agile growth mindset, I have accelerated my curriculum and graduated a year early with my bachelor's degree in Business Management with a concentration in HR and a minor in International Business Studies.Throughout my college career, I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Barcelona, which provided me with valuable insights into international business on a European scale and the global economic landscape. Additionally, I was also a part of another study abroad program and studied in Singapore, learning more about building a global mindset and absorbing different cultural dimensions that drive business operations in the Asia Pacific region. By gaining a global mindset, I hope to use my experiences to help improve global HR operations while developing and executing transformative strategies to improve performance and celebrate the diversity of thought in the workplace.My passion lies in nurturing the growth of those around me, as personal development is a collective journey. This passion led to my interest in HR, where I aspire to create more inclusive and diverse business environments. I am a dynamic leader with a passion for driving positive organizational change.
