Key Responsibilities● Prepare front/back end authority submission, site planning, coordination and organize the delivery plan of construction materials to arrive on the site on time.● Ensure that baseline schedule with on-site activities meet with contract deadlines, monitor and control site construction progress from inception to completion.● Analyze project risks and developing appropriate mitigation strategies.● Ensure safe work procedures and conduct environmental assessment at the work site before commencing the project and communicate to stakeholders to follow up on the completion or delay of project progress and issues.● Track project progress to ensure the projects run smoothly, meet project schedule and great rapport with effective communication to relevant project stakeholders.● Conduct project requirements are within specifications and control the quality.● Act as a go-between with consultants, contractors, designers, quantity surveyors, engineers and the general workforce involved in the project by following-up work progress at site, front/back end authority preparation and submission, etc.● Conduct procurement plan for the overall services of contractors and sub-contractors who work on the construction of the project.● Facilitate assessment of sub-contractors’ quotation and construction materials.● Monitor and control the progress of work against the baseline schedule and prepare of daily operations, resource planning and monthly site progress report.● Ensure to conduct the design feasibility assessments and supervise construction activities to comply with all the relevant statutory acts, regulations and practices.● Plan site activities and facilitate safety preparation to conduct compliance of work on site, identify issues and resolve anticipated site problems and safety hazards.
