Drove Multiple Rail Projects to Profit while Providing Labor Management to meet Project deadlines. I had to attend weekly Progress Meetings with the Construction Management Team, which included Flatiron Construction. Met with the team during any project scope of work changes, including all of the Project Subcontractors. I had to make decisions for Select Electric Inc. when it came to any Project Change during the Project and then I had to write up and submit RFI's to General Contractor for an answer to the CO's or Revised Drawing. Estimated all plan revisions and change orders for Lump Sum Pricing for Select Electric Inc. then had to submit Change Orders with Lump Sum Pricing to General Contractor for payment. Submitted on all Electrical Material Change during the submittal process throughout the Project duration. I had to approve the correct electrical products that were needed to complete the project scope or any change orders. I was involved with Purchasing Materials to complete the Project with Vendors that Select Electric Inc. had accounts with. I had opened multiple new vendor accounts for Select Electric Inc. which they didn't have accounts with. Scheduled work for all Select Electric Inc. employees during the Project and showed the many changes that had been made that weren't part of the scope of work during the bidding process. Filled out Time and Material Tickets with the general Foreman of the Project to verify all labor hours and materials need to be billed to the General Contractor on a weekly basis. Submitted monthly billing to the General Contractor for payment. also had to show each General Foreman what was left in the budget for labor hours to complete the project within budget. During closing out the project had to submit all as-built, T&M tickets, Submittal, Punch List Completion Forms, and Final Billing to the General Contractor and Project Management Team.
