Founded PetroComp Consulting in July of 2013 with primary business objective of providing Oil and Gas Industry clients with operations and maintenance competency assurance and workforce development solutions. Most recent competency assurance projects include: Schlumberger, TESCO and complete competency assurance program implementation for ConocoPhillips Lost Cabin Gas Plant.

As Director of Marketing and Business Development, worked with the owner to build an effective sales and marketing organization. Assignment included establishing and implementing short and long range goals targeted at existing and new market segments and clients.

As a Senior Competency Assurance Consultant, worked with ConocoPhillips to establish a Competency Assurance Program (CAP) at the Lost Cabin Gas Plant in Lost Cabin, Wyoming.

Managed the joint venture company between Petroskills and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT). Implemented a business strategies focused on client-specific business needs to gain industry recognition. Closed multi-year projects. Second year financial results confirmed the business strategy by increasing revenue by 200% and profitability by over 400%. Total annual company revenue and profitability went positive and grew to $2.5 million in 2013. Key areas of responsibilities included, operational execution and customer satisfaction, P&L management and interface with the Board of Directors.

Provided regional leadership for Amec's Training and Development Services sector. Responsibilities included regional business development and technical consulting for international projects which led to added $1 million in revenue.

Headed Baker Energy’s Workforce Development and Training program. Responsible for building a structured approach for recruiting, establishing competency levels, and implementing training for Oil and Gas Industry operational personnel. Prior to implementing the Workforce Development program, developed the business plan and managed Baker Energy’s Global Training Services group.

Full P&L responsibility for the department, services included maintenance management implementation, Training Services, Operations and Maintenance procedure development and operations consulting services. Successfully grew department to a staff of 125 professionals, and annual revenues of 17 million. In 2008, the division posted the highest profitability within the Michael Baker Jr. Corporation.

Responsibilities included developing technical work scopes and proposals, estimating jobs, sales and project management for the Work Management Services Group. Was involved with over 100 Oil and Gas facility studies which identified opportunities to reduce Operations and Maintenance costs on an average of 30% per facility.

Responsible for sales and management of field maintenance services for the aftermarket divisions of IMO Industries. Additional responsibilities included: estimating, planning/scheduling and managing all aspects of integrated field projects.

Major Field assignments included:• The South Texas Nuclear Project, 1300MW Steam Turbine Generator. The first year maintenance inspection on the HP turbine, LP turbines, Valves and MSR’s. Responsibilities included planning the inspection and managing the daily completion of scheduled activities.• Enron Power Corp., developed detailed overhaul plans and built a 5-year maintenance plan for their (6) W-501D5 combustion turbines. Also directed scheduled field overhauls.• Central Power and Light, Bates Station, 100MW Steam Turbine Generator - installation of start-up instrumentation.• CP&L, Barney Davis Station - Major Inspection on the HP turbine, LP turbines, & Valves.• Gulf States Utilities, Riverbend Nuclear Station, 1000MW GE turbine generator - major inspection on the HP turbine, LP turbines, Valves and MSR’s.• CLECO, Dolet Hills, 650MW steam turbine generator - installation.• UP&L, Hunter Station, 450MW steam turbine generator - major inspection
