Questioning the results is the first step of gaining the insights of the reasons and causes of those results.I wasnβt a very intelligent kid but I have the ability to question. This questioning led me to read books, articles, and researches and watch interviews, case studies and self development programs. I donβt claim that Iβve all the answers but I do have something on the basis of that I can call myself a Personal Development Trainer, Life Coach and Leadership Consultant. Realizing the importance of self-education and the effect of associations on the personality of an individual, I decided to drop out from formal education and dedicated that time completely for researching, studying and reflecting on the subjects like personal development, professional communication, marketing, entrepreneurship, neuroscience, psychology, and persuasion for 3 years.Currently I'm studying in my junior year of BBA at University of Education Lahore, Multan Campus.My mission is to use my ability and my weakness (to feel the pain of others) for helping other human beings & Organizations to learn, grow, prosper and succeed. CurrentLet's Re-Build Pakistan!Cosmic institute of Future Skills is established to equip the youth of Pakistan with high-income skills and the skills of the future which can help them to excel in their careers and make a living.The Internet has removed the barrier to entry in the global market for skilled professionals and if the youth of Pakistan will be highly skilled then in just a few years we can regain our lost reputation and Rebuild our economy from the ashes.Where our education curriculum is becoming outdated and on the verge of becoming obsolete, the students are becoming more and more concerned about their future and the return on the investment that they have spent on their expensive education. Traditional education is slow and the path is full of struggles for middle-class students still there is no guarantee that they will be able to earn their living after completing formal education and spending so much time, energy, and money as wasted resources during the process. Every three years there is a disruption in the market and our degrees take 4 years to complete so how on earth can we manage to cope with such speedy disruptions? By the time a student graduates his learning has already become outdated and except for the few basic concepts he is unable to apply anything he has learned in his professional life so he has to start all over again and learn from scratch. In order to bridge the gap between industry requirements and skills needed to fulfill those requirements Cosmic Institute of Future skills aims to provide practical training for the skills and mindset development of our youth so they can compete with the world in a highly competitive market.There is also an enormous opportunity for fast learners if they utilize their time effectively and learn the relevant skills then their success is just a few steps away. When I tell anyone that I am part of cohort 11 at National Incubation Program. The first thing that comes in mind of people is that Wow you are a young founder. I really don't like to disappoint people but neither do I like to tell them half truths. I tell them my story which I have featured at the top in my profile as well that I am not a founder. I was studying BBA (3rd Semester) when my employer told me about this opportunity to learn from experts and getting hands on experience of a startup.
