Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to maintain high service standards and promote continuous learning, team development, and motivation. Regularly track and report performance indicators to meet targets and collaborate on budget preparation to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, I provide necessary support and reporting to the board members and CEO of the fund. Oversee the analysis and development of criteria for awards and incentives, ensuring their effective implementation. Develop and implement Environment, Social Governance (ESG), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) standards and propose and monitor mandatory and optional rating mechanisms for companies. I also supervise the preparation and implementation of project frameworks and policies, ensuring timely completion.
