 Assist Manager Accounts & Finance in overall operation of Accounts Department including finance, budget, planning, administration and recording of financial transactions in the company's accounting system while ensuring accurate documentation and classification of all financial activities. Handling Books of Accounts involves General Journal, General Ledger, Trial Balance including preparation of Monthly, Quarterly & Annual Financial Statements and Reports as per the requirements of International Accounting Standards (IASs) & International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs) for all stakeholders. Managing cash flow by forecasting cash needs, monitoring cash balances, and optimizing cash utilization after coordination with senior management.  Managing payments to suppliers and creditors. Prepare reconciliation of accounts with debtors and creditors. Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements. Preparation, Payment and filing of monthly tax returns, including Sales Tax, Withholding Income Tax of venders and payroll taxes etc.  Supervision of Payroll for employees in co-ordination with Human Resource Department. Conduct periodic reviews to assess compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.  Co-ordinate with other departments, and cross-functional teams, to support business objectives and drive financial performance.  Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, auditors and legal advisors.  Lead and motivate under-command finance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

 Assisted Manager in-charge in the capacity of Supervisor in planning of audit assignments. Conducted meetings with the audit clients at all levels including staff and Directorate level. Development of audit programs & supervising the field work. Finalizing the financial statements in compliance with IFRSs and ISAs. To assess financial and tax accuracy, contingent liability position and associated risks of the transaction.  Setting out and defining audit risks.  Finalizing the audit report with the Manager and Principal.Internal Audit: Extensive experience of conducting internal audit of Significant, Medium Size & Small Sized Entities: - Reviewing the internal control procedures of an organization and to ensure the sound application of the defined controls by means of specified internal control procedures. Assisting client’s management in the identification of loose controls and suggest the steps in order to improve the control procedure.

 Assist in conducting audit procedures and testing controls under the supervision of seniors. Aid in compiling financial statements, reports and other documentation for audits and tax filings. Perform data entry, analysis, and reconciliation tasks to support audit and taxation processes. Assist in researching tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and accuracy in tax filings. Maintain organized files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness for audits and tax filings. Continuously learn and develop skills in auditing, taxation, and accounting practices through training and experience.
