• Review and comments/recommendations on the EPC Master Schedule (Baseline) developed by MC based on the contract's conditions.• Review adequate resources as per the Project Execution Plan at various stages of the project.• Reviewing cash flow, manpower histogram, S-Curve, and long lead items schedule.• Regular Tracking of Critical activities in the Master Schedule. • Monitoring progress of work on site & and recommending remedial & and corrective action for any Schedule slippages.• Target milestones for each phase based on the project plan.• Tracking project performance by Earned Value Management (SPI) and CPI method. • Established weekly, monthly, executive reports, presentations, and dashboards for clients. Weekly summary of progress charts, curves showing the current percentage of work v/s planned progress for review in the progress meetings.• Initiates and leads weekly progress review meetings and discussions regarding progress and their impacts on cost & and schedule.• Monitoring and reporting the latest status of shop drawings and As-Built drawings on a weekly basis.• Monitoring the long lead items/materials to ensure the availability of those materials will not become critical for the project.• Monitoring and reporting to the project manager regarding the variance and making instructions/recommendations to main contractor to take corrective action to mitigate the delays.• Evaluate Contractor’s claims; perform Delay Analysis and Claims Management.• Reviewing the recovery / revised schedules. • Reviewing the change orders or EOT and Time Impact Analysis (TIA).• Actively contributed and produced required documentation related to project taking-over and handing-over process.

• Supervising all civil, structural, and architectural activities.• Coordinates with electro-mechanical subcontractors.• Monitor day-to-day work progress and prepare weekly and monthly reports.• Preparation of daily progress reports and submitting them to the project manager.• Preparing interim payments and checking the claims of subcontractors, and procurements of materials.• Assist the project manager with technical correspondences with a consultant for follow-up of submittal and mockup submittal.
