A hard-working, strongminded and motivated Master of Nursing student studying at the University of Melbourne. Through studies, developed a strong interest and passion in biology and the applied health sciences, at both the level of research, study, knowledge of health and the application of that knowledge to improve health, cure diseases and gain an understanding of how humans function. Interests have led to pursuing a volunteer role at the Royal Children’s Hospital, involving the provision of comfort, support and care to both patients and their families. Skills center around creativity, thinking and problem solving, team-working and the use of technology. In addition to these, a great self-belief in ability to make a difference, self-awareness of learning, and ability to reflect upon it are important. Aims to further develop communication and leadership skills to become an interactive and proficient team member, within a clinical setting. Aspires to continue to approach all challenges with courage and curiosity.
