She has experienced incredible challenges and turned them into opportunities to grow closer to God, transform her mindset and provide solutions to help others who struggle with anxiety & hopelessness.Alana will cater to your individual needs by spending quality time with you, asking specific questions, getting to know who you are at the core and helping you discover solutions to help you move forward in a healthy, God-focused way. Alana has helped numerous people see their blind spots, open their eyes to what God has for them and find their worth and identity in Christ. She does this with Bible-based wisdom, compassion and a desire to help you overcome with God’s strength and provision. Alana helps you grow closer to Him so you can make transformational and permanent changes in your mindset and be restored!Alana’s extensive education includes an Honours Drama in Education Degree, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education and certifications to teach English as a Second Language, Special Education and Grades K-12. Alana earned her Life Coaching certification through K&A - The Premier Leadership and Character Development Company and is also a certified Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner through The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. She is currently working on her Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Practitioner Certification.Alana not only coaches clients privately, she also provides resources, guides and downloadable workbooks to help you on your journey.
