- I work part-time as a seasonal colleague for the chilled department; my role involves stocking products and assisting customers. - Skills Developed; time keeping and efficiency, these are very important in keeping up with the high demand for stock; Communication, is important for the department to function well.

Quality Technician, 12 month industrial placement as part of my BEng in Materials Science and Engineering.

- Worked on three departments; Seasonal, Flooring and Checkouts.- My jobs included; interacting with customers offering advice and help, the promotion of products, customer orders and the replenishing of and tidying isles.-During my employment, I received training on the following equipment: Power-Pump-Truck, Caddy/Wave, Timber Saw, Paternoster and ‘Valspar’ Paint mixer. Thus, I’ve received many hours of health and safety training and awareness. I also gained valuable experience using heavy machinery.-My teamwork and communication skills were greatly improved during this role.
