As a qualified and experienced Senior Programmes Officer in the NGO sector in Jordan, I have a proven track record of leading and implementing successful programmes that maximize impact in local communities. With extensive experience working with various international donors, I excel in management, supervision, and capacity development of team members and subordinates.My educational background includes a Master of Translation from Yarmouk University in Irbid, Jordan, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and English Literature from Al Balqa’ Applied University in Ajloun, Jordan.In my current role as Senior Programmes Officer at Generations For Peace, I lead the team to successfully implement programmes by providing guidance and liaising with donors such as UNICEF, RDPP, and IRC. I mentor, guide, and support all assigned staff, lead on daily management of the assigned programmes, build relationships with partners and donors, and coordinate with other departments. I also lead on the monitoring and evaluation of the programme and support the delivery of training, workshops, and capacity-building within the organization.My previous experience as a Programmes Officer and Programmes Coordinator at Generations For Peace, as well as my experience as a Lecturer at the University of Jordan and Tabuk University – Ummlujj College, and a Teacher at a Private School in Ajloun, have equipped me with valuable skills in planning and delivering lectures, tutoring and supporting students, scoring assessments and exams, and developing course material and lesson plans.Overall, I am a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the world through my work in the NGO sector.
