Manage the recruitment of Trainers and mentors. Interviewing mentors, discussing and mentoring coaching plan and curriculum with them.Mentor the training process and manage the relationship with clients, develop our training process. Represent the company, meet with potential businesses, prepare proposals for partnership' offers.Ensure appropriate recording, accounting documentation, and financial reports

Extraction of the data such as (Financial, Offers, Services Data), Provided by Tele-Communicationcompanies(MTN), and Network providers companies.Request Data using Oracle, SQL statements.Comparing the received reports with the real source of data which I also have access to it.Analyzing and auditing the Financial Data.Prepare my feedback and mirror it into suitable and readable excel tables.Provide inputs, information, and statistics for quarterly, annual, and other reports.
