• Summary of Position:I am responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions in the Human Resources department.Duties & Responsibilities:Shall include but not limited to:
• Deliver Corporate on boarding process
• Deliver Domestic Field (Americas) on boarding process
• Pre- Employment duties including coordinating drug screens, medicals, any necessary training, pre-employment paperwork and collation of certificates/Employee Personal Data as required
• Coordinate with training to ensure that all relevant certifications are obtained and maintained appropriately
• Ad Hoc reporting

• In the material department (Equipment tracking management system) and for that he got me a special trainer from our head office in the USA to give me a course on this matter and that was done My duties:
• Organizing, coordinating and preparing the country Manager daily schedule.
• Organizing, coordinating and maintaining the CM files as hard copies and P.C. documents.
• Organizing, saving and maintaining the Central Archive of the company arranging personal communications for the chairman.
• Following up internal and external correspondences and making sure they reach the right destination in due time.
• Word processing for all company.
