I have led Arabic, Islamic and Social studies department through significant procedural changes and through DSIB, SPEA and MOE inspections. As part of the executive senior leadership team, I coordinated with my peers, SLT and the Principle on implementing new strategies and motivated my team to refine their teaching skills, help with prepare for MOE inspection, DSIB, and BSO. My team continuously outshined their previous accomplishments and received many accolades from upper management.
