Follow, monitor and guide all activities of internal and external inspectors in the execution of their activities, so that they act in compliance with the integrity management system.Ensure the quality and integrity of controlled equipment through non-destructive inspections, tests as well as monitoring and / or technical evaluation based on procedures and standards.Evaluate the failures of integrity of the controlled equipment through analyzes and technical studies that aim to identify: Probable causes of failure and Corrective and preventive actions to be implemented.Develop, elaborate, review and implement procedures, instructions, records and documentation that are necessary to implement the integrity management system.Ensure legal compliance and maintenance of SPIE certification through integrity management including implementation of inspection plans for controlled equipment, organization of activities related to NR-13 / SPIE in conjunction with Equipment Inspector (files and documents such as such as: Official Books, Calibration Certificates, Inspection Reports, Hydrostatic Testing, Audit Reports and etc ...) and the creation / monitoring of the equipment inspector's action plan.Ensure clear, objective and comprehensive communication of integrity issues for unit management and other involved, such as: Inspection Results, Non-Destructive Testing, Testing, Inspection Plan, Need for Replacements, Repairs or Modifications, and Inspection Recommendations .Contribute through technical consultation so that the new projects are designed to comply with Brazilian legislation, SPIE directives and, if necessary, with the implementation of modifications and recommendations, in order to prevent or mitigate deterioration processes.Prepare a project to change and repair the controlled equipment, defining the analyzes, tests and measurements necessary to ensure the quality of the same and also to meet the legal and design requirements.

· Perform ultrasonic thickness gauging and other NDT under the direction of the Integrity department.· Prepare / compile inspection related documents such as P&IDs, isometrics and equipment drawings etc. for purpose of execution of work.. Analyze permanent , temporary repair and Fabric Maintenance using API 510, API570, ASME PPC2 , ASME FFS-1 , and another Standards.. Perform inspections according RBI, giving the inputs related probability and consequence of fail.· To draft isometric or equipment GA drawings if they are not available in system· Prepare thickness and/or NDT reports.· To upload inspection results into BWO Systems.· Review and report inconsistencies or anomalies in the measurements / results against specifications and standards.· Provide progress reports typically on daily or weekly basis for assignments given, and daily interaction with the Integrity department· Supervise / liaise with third party inspection contractors· Provide support during facility operation, shutdown and new-build baseline projects.

• Performance of External, Internal and Extraordinary Inspections on Pressure Vessels / Boilers.• Develop and monitor repairs - Project Change and Repair (PAR), making use of international codes and standards and local regulations for final approval, after the necessary tests.• Evaluate welding procedure and monitor all the works of manufacturing when needed in boiler, pressure vessels and piping.• Performance Inspections on Piping / Adequacy regarding NR-13.• RBI (Risk based on Inspection) Development of procedures and Survey at offshore unit, regarding this methodology.• Plant Survey about NR-13 non-conforming.• Develop procedures related to NR-13 activity / NDT.• Implementation of SPIE (Self Service of Equipment Inspection). • Responsible like PH( Profissional Habilitado) QP (Qualified Professional),according with NR-13.

Coordinate RSV boat contract, on FPSO Cidade de São Mateus recovery operations.• Coordinate the software for full maintenance on FPSO (IBM MAXIMO) preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance;• Total and partial Shutdown Planning (using IBM - MAXIMO / MS Project);• Control and organization of all documents of regulatory standards (NR-10, NR-13, etc), assistance to all external and internal auditing departments;• Compliance Audits, related SGSO, MT( Ministry of Labour), ANAC, Class , NR-10 , NR-13, Navy etc.• On-board contractors Management

Services at Halliburton, BW Offshore (Cidade de São Mateus, Cidade de São Vicente), SAIPEM ENI among others.• NR-13 Data book Elaboration/ process studies for commissioning NR-13 items.• Performance of procedures for Hydrostatic Test on Pressure Vessels, hoses, umbilicals, etc…).• Performance of External, Internal and Extraordinary Inspections on Pressure Vessels / Boilers.• Responsible to follow the team and purchase items for PSV and Gaugues calibration activities.• Responsible to control NR-13 Master equipments, in Vessel in a big companies in Brazil.• Responsible like PH( Profissional Habilitado) QP (Qualified Professional),according with NR-13.

• Equipment Maintenance as frequency inverters / drive servant / motor servant and others.• Technical drawings preparation of mechanical parts for manufacturing.

• Finished Product Management (compliant and non-compliant) using SAP S3, AMPLA/ MES.• Operating rolling chairs cabins cut the cold and stacker (stacking).• General Experience on the process from Workshop, Mill, QC (Quality Control), Cooling Bed, • Stacker and removal or departure area.
