Assistant Project Manager
- Oversee and lead diverse construction projects from beginning to end. Responsible for setting and keeping schedules, monitoring finances, and follow up day-to-day activities. Key Activities:
- Negotiate contract with external/internal subcontractor to reach profitable agreements.
- Determine & follow up resources needed (manpower, equipment, and material) with attention to budgetary requirements.
- Plan all construction operations to meet project schedule milestones.
- Evaluate and monitoring project cost to meet cashflow forecast.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
