I have been employed in the field of IT infrastructure since 2010. I began my career at the ServiceDesk, after which I transitioned to the Client Technology & Services Team as a system engineer. In this role, I have gained experience in a number of technical areas, which are now part of my daily responsibilities.My area of responsibility includes the company's centralized operating system deployment, as well as the central managed RMM solution and corresponding processes. I also oversee the proactive IT department, which handles alerting from individual clients and improves those processes and individual support procedures. I have experience in project management and other IT technical areas outside of the digital workplace.
