I analysed data from 3 research case studies using UX design evaluation methods such as user journey mapping and personas. I conducted user research through interviews, surveys, observations, storyboarding, journey maps, personas, empathy mapping, with approx. 200 participants.Enhanced student learning experiences by incorporating immersive technologies like Oculus Quest Headset and Twinmotion.
