Actively leading a big team of contractors and depot employees at one of the UK’s busiest distribution centres directly cooperating with JCDecaux, providing administrative, logistic and managerial support in order to successfully complete posting campaigns of at least 12,000 posters across Greater London twice a month, meeting strict customer SLA’s and ensuring that the maximum level of customer satisfaction is achieved.

I worked in close contact with my Regional Operations Manager in order to ensure that all advertising panels were maintained by staff members to the highest quality standards, in line with JCDecaux protocols. This role boosted my leadership skills and helped me to grow and prepare for a managerial role
