Waldir started his career in 2000 as a quality control manager in a factory in Ireland. By then, he had the opportunity to learn about the process and how to design, produce and deliver household goods.Back to his mother land, Brazil, in 2001, he immersed himself in third tier technical support for big telecommunications names such as the Brazilian Embratel, Telmex, AT&T and British Telecom. We grew into coordinating bilingual customer service teams in 2013 where he guided and mentored his team to deliver excellent KPI's.While working for Embratel, Waldir also kept his business established and maintaining custom development of applications to other small businesses.Waldir became a JEE Developer with experience in building enterprise applications and supporting critical business requirements. Waldir is looking for employment permit in Ireland as he believes his extensive experience with software production is an asset in such growing and multicultural market.
