Managing day to day operations of the company by focusing all departments on sales and cost saving initiatives. Responsibilities include managing multiple departments including Assets, Sales, IT, Project management, Facilities and Procurement. This includes managing suppliers, customer relationships, employees, sales targets, recruitment and interviews and performance.

This role includes planning and preparing training interventions, inductions and skills workshops. My responsibilities are to manage a team of national trainers and oversee the effectiveness of training and interventions. I also have to report on the training departments performance to the CEO and to the Management Committee. I have to manage day to day operations and performance issues of each individual reporting to myself, as well as customers and suppliers.
