Processes efficiency was obtained, waste source eliminated, 38% reduction in overall process time and staffing decrease.• Developed a project required by Executive Vice President of Las Últimas Noticias which identified the bottlenecks of their processes and recommended changes that allowed: eliminate waste time, rework and advance newspapers printing and sales in street increase.• The main objective of the Vice President of the company and the need to attract a younger audience, increase readership and modernize the newspaper La Segunda layout design, I planned and directed the implementation of the graphic redesign project, which allowed to increase readership by 10% reaching the target niche within six months.• In El Mercurio Regional Newspapers (20) and with limited resources, I lead a project to provide centralized image database system, operating as software as a service (SaaS) and facilitated to get pictures quickly.
