Talent Acquisition Partner
Current- Manage and execute full cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions in Workday
- Build and maintain partnerships with management and on-site HR Business Partners to develop solutions to meet their staffing/talent needs
- Interview candidates to ensure they align with the qualifications in the hiring process
- Develop a candidate pipeline for open positions using various online channels such as LinkedIn, Betterteams, and our own company career site
- Ensure the hiring process meets hiring metrics and in compliance with EEOC standards and regulations as well as company recruiting policies
