Talent Acquisition Partner
Current• Manage and execute full cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions in Workday• Build and maintain partnerships with management and on-site HR Business Partners to develop solutions to meet their staffing/talent needs • Interview candidates to ensure they align with the qualifications in the hiring process• Develop a candidate pipeline for open positions using various online channels such as LinkedIn, Betterteams, and our own company career site• Ensure the hiring process meets hiring metrics and in compliance with EEOC standards and regulations as well as company recruiting policies
