Administrator of all aspects of a business: customer relations, staff training, financial management, marketing, and attending continuing education seminars and workshops.  Develop and design company branding, sales, and marketing materials for customers and printing company (mail pieces, stationary, banners, business cards, brochures, magazines, books, web design, apparels, etc.) Provide expertise throughout all phases of print production: from idea conception, through design and production, to the projected response from the end user/target audience. Manage all phases of print production including: customer/client consultation, graphic design, pre-press layout, print media, print equipment, printing and finishing.  Provide system administration of all computer and network related equipment including installation, configuration and operation of both hardware and software; with a working knowledge of operating systems, network protocols, troubleshooting and new technologies. Negotiate cost saving equipment lease/purchase agreements.  Hire and train personnel.
