I was a Project Facilitator for a Multilateral Development Bank's "Nigeria Framework Loan" which is a combination of three separate investments with First Bank of Nigeria, Guaranty Trust Bank and Stanbic IBTC comprising an intermediated Framework Loan to support projects of small and medium size in the areas of infrastructure, including PPPs, and private sector investment and the provision of capital support in the form of a subordinated convertible loan in Nigeria. I carried out Projects Documentation Completeness Review, Eligibility Assessment, Environmental and Social Standards Compliance Check, Procurement Guidelines Compliance Check, and Costs Review. I provided regular progress report to key clients and senior management as a standard aspect of my role.I was part of the review team for Shell’s Bonga and Sea Eagle FPSO HSE Case Upgrade. I was also a resource on the Shutdown Maintenance activities optimization for both FPSOs.
