I handle and resolve their concerns, assist them in cashing up compliance, order products, and authorise orders depending on the value and quantity. I also assist the team lead in extracting monthly reports and performance analysis, and help with escalations and incident closures.I have a strong background in customer service, sales, and compliance, having worked as a Compliance Manager and a Council Complaints Specialist at ConnectX, a property management company. I managed day-to-day customer complaints, coordinated with various councils for effective resolution of housing matters, reported to the management on a regular basis, and devised strategies for customer retention. I also coached and guided new team members, and improved processes and standards. I have completed multiple certifications in property law and repairs, property standards, and HMO standards.
