Roles and Responsibilities:- Assist in preparation of logistic schedule as per the business plan.- Implementation of the logistic schedule as per customer requirement and ensuring maximum utilization of fleet of vehicles to achieve maximum revenue.- Coordinate with the workshop department for scheduling of the timely service of vehicles, break down repairs and vehicle registration renewal.- Site visits, meeting with customers to resolve customer issues and maintain good customer relations by make sure it requirements are met.- Introduce and implement cost control measures and keep the operational cost within allocated budget.- Supervise the operations team and handle their issues, resolve any grievance, and develop the team members.- Maintains project plan by monitoring project progress.- Coordination of activities.- Prepare Project status reports by collecting, analysing summarize the information & trends and recommend actions.- Ensures a safe and clean work environment.- Enforcement of procedures, rules and regulations.Managed Project:- Hamad International Airport & the new extension of the airport (Managing the transportation of all the materials inside the project with over 400 heavy trucks).- The Pearl Qatar and Qatar Foundation (Managing the logistic team within the projects).- Lusail Expressway Road (Managing the Asphalt Transportation).- Pearl Qatar Extension (Managing the logistics for Sea fill up "Island extension".- Dukhan express way, Orbital highway & Manateque Project QSZ-03 (Managing Asphalt transportation).

Preparing private designs of villas, horse stables & Mansions as well getting the approvals from theauthorities

Roles and Responsibilities:- Job comprises designing all types of industrial buildings (factories, warehouses, labor camps, etc..), commercial buildings, office buildings as well as residential buildings. those include villas, apartment buildings and X Large mansions.Managed Project:- Sheikh. Ahmed Bin Hamad Bin Jasim Al Thani.- Mohamed Hamad El Mani (Designed: Villa in Pearl Qatar).- Prefabricating old Building such as Al Rawnaq Building.- Participated in the design and construction of the republic of Sudan embassy in Doha.
