- Carry out monthly closing activities (GL) as assigned ensuring accuracy and timeliness- Perform intracompany reconciliations for all entities and preparation of necessary reports on open items- Carrying out reconciliations of Balance Sheet and PL accounts every month BSR- Rent payments and validations against contract (along with maintenance of a contract tracker)- Accurate validation and booking/payment of travel expenses- Update Central RMC monthly KPI- Assisting in audit and providing any analysis/information that may be required by the management- Hyperion Uploading and reporting (Oracle)- Handling all payable - Raw Materials,Spare parts ,Fixed Assets and Finished goods Yearly count- Any other responsibility that may be permanently or temporarily assigned- Controls and Risk Assessment throughout the year- Handling yearly audit requirements.- Handling the Full GAAP Analysis for Joint Venture ( Saint Gobin ) Internal Policy Compliance

1- Monitor record and reconcile all bank accounts daily and post all the payments. Update and prepare bank balances report every week. 2-Prepare CMA Reports on a monthly basis. 3-Writing checks, transfers for vendors and employees payments. 4-Coordinate with HR department for any payroll changes and then send the final payroll for approval before processing salaries and posting the entries. 5-Following our payments with the clients and post the payments once it's in the account. 6-Work and coordinate with the auditors to complete the year-end audit smoothly. Following the monthly close out checklist to meet closing deadlines. 7-Prepare and post all journal entries for all prepayments and accruals. 8-Reconcile all balance sheet accounts and major accounts from income statement. Other duties if required.
