Solve all technical issues related to the project.Capture & detects technical issues impacting Performance through Variations in the Normal trends. End to End solving & improving Network (WAN/LAN) utilization & congestion issues. Reporting daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly with analyzing data graphically to ensure best performance.Nokia –(Senior Microwave Transmission Design) Transmission Network Design & Frequency Planning for projects 4G, 5G, Mobile Aspiration, and WBB. Upgrading the TDM transmission network to Full IP network. Design and planning TD using many systems such as TRENDS, Aircom (Connect), Path loss, JISOW, SAF and Google earth. Analyse the Space Diversity SD for difficult links in Path Loss software and determine the best antenna highest which reduces the errors & increase the availability. Plan and Design E-band, SD, XPIC (8+0), XPIC (4+0), XPIC (2+0) links and Carrier Aggregation. Solving all types of hardware troubleshooting, plus fading and ducting due to high humidity and weather problems in the coastal areas. Lead the migration process (backhaul migration) of MBHs to new PRE-AGGs/DWDM. Assign LOS survey to subcontractor to provide us LOS and Path loss reports and follow them to receive reports. Plan Active / Passive Repeaters for LOS issue sites. Creating TCC for Microwave sites. Network troubleshooting (Interference issue
