I'm in charge of Budgeting and Cost Control Dep.

Making all the accounting tasks, like overseeing all salaries for some 9 employees.  In addition, I am following up all the Purchasing Orders from the oil companies, making the customers invoices and , following up the payable invoices verifying the purchasing orders, quotations purchasing invoices and selling invoices , checking the cash balance with cashier every night ,making sure all the expenses are posted correctly to the accounting software and it’s supporting documents are archived handling all payments to suppliers , operational expenditures related to the business.  I worked very closely with the Director of the company ensuring that the cash flow, trial balance, and all reports were provided in a timely manner

handling all expenses related to port infrastructure development in Tanzania, and working with international team. In addition I oversee all salaries for 4 employees , I handle all payments to suppliers, and handle day to day operational expenses related to the business
