Manage all operation management processes to joint all departments with each other to facilitate process and improve it to achieve Production, Quality, Planning, warehouse, Maintenance and Sales goals.-Follow and share to resolve what it problem is offered.-Train and evaluate Managers to apply professional management processes

- Responsible for achieve production target at accordance in production plan.- Responsible for resolving production problem and Maintain production processes to decrease mistakes and increase productivity and quality.- Responsible for applying and review on training plan for new operators and measure and evaluate the operator's efficiency and performance after training.- Follow up the maintenance plan with maintenance Department for machines.- Share quality department to implement and applying QSM according to international standards(ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004 and ISO 22000:2005) and customer requirements- Motivate operators to be more effective and competitors for each other

- Supervise and manage all projects' management processes between engineering department and other departments.- Responsible for training new engineers and support them to resolve projects problem.- Manage projects modifications and be sure from that meet customer requirements.- Make project costing study while study row material required, man power, machines .......etc.- Review production processes and share to improve it, and develop engineer's skills.- Review assembly boards design and improve it.- Applying lean manufacturing methodology and train engineers to learn its basics.- Share quality department to implement and apply QMS according to special standard Such as ISO TS 16949 and general international standards (ISO 9001:2008, OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001:2004)- Review quality procedures on production lines as Internal Auditor.

- Manage management processes related with projects between enginreeing departement and other departmentes.- design production processes and review assembly drawing to be more simple during assembly.- Study projects required from row material and man power.- Study new modification in projects drawing and supervise on it during execution.- Contact person between company and customers to resolve any problem related with projects.- Make projects timing plan and follow up it to be achieved.

- Teach student technical subjects like industrial drawing, technology and quality for electronics and electrical seaction.- Evaluate student to improve studying level.

- Receiving customers calls to resolve any problem related with mobile line or cell phone activites.- Announce about new offers for customers.- Advice customers with the best offers for them.

- Offer new devices like Cameras and digital intertainments devices like games and electronic books to sell it.Note: I worked part time during my study.
