•To handle Air and Ocean export files•To generate Goods Declaration & have knowledge of customs laws•To execute & Supervise the customs clearance process at all ports•To ensure awareness of custom house processes and can represent clients' pleas with related customs officials•To supervise port deliveries and related payments to shipping lines, ports, etc.•Solving in a diligent and business-efficient manner customer complaints and implementing measures to prevent their frequency and recurrence•To keep coordination with customs, carriers, staff, and office•To negotiate and arrange transport of goods with shipping, freight companies, and payment methods•Determining the method of shipment and preparing invoices and other shipping documents•Direct delivery trucks to shipping doors or designated marshaling areas and help load and unload goods safely•Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates - Providing information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person•Communicating with the shipping company, the customs office, and the client throughout the process•To ensure resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the clearance

• Manage the production process to ensure that products are produced on time, within budget, and to quality standards• Coordinating new samples with other teams & suppliers• Oversee the sampling process to ensure that samples meet design and quality standards• Managing the purchase order process, which includes creating purchase orders, ensuring the accuracy of the information, tracking orders, and resolving any discrepancies• Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers• Managing costs related to materials and supplies• This involves identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating prices, and monitoring expenses• Strong negotiation skills and experience in vendor selection and management.
