Freelance Contractor, Najaf, Iraq/ from 01.2018 to 09.2019Maintenance for 5 lift pump stations in the city of Najaf-Responsible of the rehabilitation project of five lift stations in the neighborhoods of Najaf city, parallel to Al-Najaf Airport Road.- Responsible of designing an alternative plan to divert the city’s sewage network using temporary paths and employing submersible pumps.- Directing and managing a staff of engineers, technicians, and machinery to extract screw pumps from water collection basins, repair them, replacing worn out parts, paint them with epoxy, replacing dilapidated steel sewer penstock and grilles with gates with new stainless steel ones.- Replacing and redesigning the lower and upper screw pump bearings with self-lubricate one by using lowcost and efficient methods in addition to fast and easy fitting methods. -Reinstallation and fitting 15 screw pumps, manufacturing 15 upper bearings, 15 lower bearings, 5 stainless steel penstocks, 5stainless steel grills and many electrical jobs.- Rehabilitation project was accomplished in record time, ahead schedule , before the rain season, and at the lowest budget , to serve 120,000 capita of the city of Najaf and for the benefit of the Najaf Sewerage Department

- Responsible of quality and control the designing process of UHPC (Ultra-High-Performance Concrete) girders and bridges, including matching the casting with standard specifications and calibrating the proportions of mixing and fibers during the operations of pouring and erecting bridge girders.- Responsible of observation of erection methods of segmental bridges and precast prestressed girders.- Responsible of matching the specifications and comparing them between the design drawings and the implementation procedures of the subcontractors.- Responsible of following up on the soil investigation reports and the contractors’ completion reports for the piles and foundations.

Project manager in Alnumanyah sewer project , Alnumanyah, Wasit ,Iraq Managing the project of implementing sewage networks and lifting stations in the city of Numaniyah. My task was- Follow up, update and review the work progress schedules and link them to the cash flow.- Review the movement of the company’s staff, and the machinery.- Follow up, amend and coordinate temporal priority and financial precedence.- Follow up on administrative orders and official correspondence from consulting offices and the client.- Monitoring the achievements of subcontractors and suppliers, reviewing contract terms, finding alternative solutions, and developing emergency plans.

Co. Project manager/ Site manager / Alazizyah, Wasit, Iraq I worked as a co project manager in Sewer network, lifting pumps, waste water treatment plant and outlet lifting pump chamber project. - Responsible for managing Project activities and reviewing weekly project summary reports and meeting with key personnel bi-weekly or as needed and escalate issues for resolution to AOC management.-I participated in reviewing the structural and mechanical designs of the sewer water network, lifting stations, and outlet lifting chamber- I participated in preparing work progress schedules and linking them to the reality of the situation and designing the site administration, staff, site stores and utilities building in addition to site preparation.- I participated in monitoring the site external wall foundations, and monitoring the quality reports of the subcontractors’ work.- I participated in preparing an alternative plan urgently to solve the problem of the Tigris River water returning to the main filtration station through the output unit.- The project was delivered on time and with a budget 6.5% less than the expected budget.
