Decision making/ freedom to act: • Installation, configuration and administration of local servers /network components according to corporate strategies.• Planning and coordinating IT projects (Prepare high level and detailed technical specifications for projects in accordance with security and architecture documentation objectives). • Having an active role in new store opening coordination. • Co-ordinate with users, service provides, business partners and hardware / software vendors to ensure successful implementation with minimal disruption to business. Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: • Solution coordination with local Telco providers and corporate organizations. • Ensures LAN / WAN continuing functionality. • Planning, implementing and maintaining and supporting LAN networks • Responsible for troubleshooting and problem solving of structured cabling systems, active network, core/edge devices and wireless access points. • Executes small/big networking projects: (Site visits, Preparing Request for Proposal, technical evaluation, installation, implementation and commissioning). • Architecting and implementing highly available IT Infrastructure solutions across several locations including systems, security, data, voice and wireless. • Upgrades networks and provides high level of support at all times. • Primarily responsible for planning, designing & installing Enterprise Data Networks for the entire Co. and its branches and thereafter following it up with high level of network support, network enhancement and fine-tuning.

Overseeing the technical infrastructure of the company, including hardware, software, networking, and security systems. Ensure that all systems are operating efficiently and effectively, and that they are aligned with the business objectives and strategies of the organization.Role Responsibilities:• Responsible for Leading the infrastructure team whom are responsible for maintaining and managing the company's IT infrastructure. This will involve hiring and training team members, setting team goals, and ensuring that team members have the resources they need to succeed.• Developing and implementing IT strategies with other members of the IT leadership team to develop and implement IT strategies that align with the overall business objectives of the organization. This will involve identifying opportunities for IT to add value to the business and developing plans to capitalize on those opportunities.• Ensuring system availability and reliability for ensuring that all IT systems are available and reliable, and that they meet the needs of the business. This will involve monitoring system performance, identifying and addressing issues, and implementing changes and upgrades as necessary.• Managing IT security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures. This will involve staying up to date with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, implementing security policies and procedures, and educating employees on best practices for IT security.• Managing IT budgets including forecasting expenses, tracking costs, and identifying opportunities for cost savings work closely with other members of the IT leadership team to ensure that the IT budget is aligned with the overall business objectives of the organization.
