Quality Assurance Analyst
• Analyze software requirement specifications to understand requirements.• Provide realistic estimates for all the assigned tasks (i.e., related to project/support).• Ensure the development team sign off before initiating the QC process.• Ensure deployment of system/application in the QC environment for testing.• Perform tests and ensure error-free and bug-free products/applications.• Properly document all the errors/bugs reported and corrective actions are taken.• Using JIRA for project management. Testing tickets and delegating them to the Project Manager.• Exceed client’s requirements by always meeting set quality standards.• Ensure on-time submission of time sheets and update status on the project server
