Meeting with the Valued Customers, Managing Bulk Sale orders, Invoicing & Reconciliation & managing Business center team.

Responsible for all aspects of sourcing, selection and hiring of experienced candidates whilealso serving as the primary focal point for the hiring managers on behalf of all Business Units.• Raising VRF/CRF and creating the employee applicants on the system (Oracle).• Ensuring that the hiring managers are informed on a regular basis of the recruitment processfor temporary/Permanent staff.• Creating JD’s for all roles by working closely with different BU heads.• Accountable for preparing of job offer letters/Employment contracts.• Actively monitoring the candidate application process by ensuring high caliber candidatesare in the pool and requirements are met.• Screening high volume of candidates against job requirements, primarily by phone, online &through face-2-face interview.• Responsible for running career development sessions in multiple accommodations on weeklybasis.• Provide training on all aspects of career development to internal employees, such as CVpreparation, interview techniques, job search strategies and more, using a variety ofinstructional techniques.• Assisting the arrival team in employee on boarding and distribution of the welcome packs.

Handling the repatriation team, medical insurance and welfare field team and meeting employees with regards to their welfare issues.Responsible for dealing with Insurance providers and accountable for all the Workmen Compensation claims submission for the whole organization,preparation/submission of monthly KPI reports for the welfare & Repatriation team.Dealing with Dubai Health Authority for medical invoices and payments.

Handling Insurance process for around 60k employee, Overseeing the repatriation process, Gratuity calculation, Disciplinary actions and managing accommodation audits.
