•Plan and develop the strategy for the human resources needs in consultation with Senior Management. •Regularly update the department’s policies and procedures and ensure that they adhered to at all times.•Ensure that the operational and succession needs of the bank are adequately met. •Identify and review available channels of staff recruitment and evaluate the most cost effective and efficient method to appoint personnel.•Monitor staff performance on periodic basis and make recommendations concerning promotion to senior management.
