In my capacity, I was managing service selivery and system reliability along with operational aspects of Prod/Stg/Sit environments and validating compliance of enterprise standards. I was utilizing multiple cloud stack (Azure and AWS) in various projects utilizing terraform for IAC and ansible playbooks for automated deployment, scaling applications and managing configuration updates.

In this role I contributed to the redesign and successful implementation of the architecture for 'My Telenor' app, 'telenor.com.pk' web backend and various internal projects of Telenor. I have also implemented the deployment of microservices architecture on bare-metal servers using Docker, Docker-compose, and Kubernetes within both militarized and demilitarized zone configurations, enabling seamless handling of up to 10 million Monthly Active Users (MAUs). I played a pivotal role in driving application modernization, microservices adoption, and spearheading DevOps initiatives utilizing Azure, AWS and hybrid cloud for internal projects at Telenor. I have configured Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) process utilizing Azure DevOps and Jenkins enabling multiple code updates per hour with zero downtime.I have also configured and automated AWS CloudFront for WordPress static content. I developed terraform scripts to automate AWS and Azure cloud application environments. I maintained a tech stack comprising Docker-compose, Azure DevOps, Git, Vagrant, and Kubernetes for development and deployment. I developed custom Docker images to support development and quality assurance (QA) teams, optimizing their pipelines. I implemented strict adherence to information security processes, configuring Snyk and SonarQube in pipelines and maintaining zero violations.I have also contributed in application migration from Oracle to PostgreSQL. I have configured and maintained the Elastic stack for centralized logging solution. I have also conducted rigorous stress testing using Apache ab to ensure API resilience under high loads.

I have experience in developing and maintaining the architecture of an Access Control System, deploying web services to the cloud for system integration, expertise in cloud computing, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, proficiency in bash and Python scripting, and maintaining and supporting software applications.

In this role, I implemented and maintained multiple environments for enterprise applications and developed CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft Team Foundation Server to automate the build and deployment process. I also provided support to enterprise applications by writing automation scripts and ensuring their smooth operation.

In this project, we conducted a benchmarking of Lapsim, an advanced surgical simulator, to create a Laparoscopic cholecystectomy exercise—surgical removal of the gall bladder located beneath the liver. This was achieved by leveraging the open-source engine SOFA and further enhancing it through the integration of haptic feedback using openHaptics, in conjunction with the Phantom Omni Hand manipulator.
