• Support the infrastructure of 3 entities (TASHEEL, TADBEER and TAWJEEH) of Dicon investments Abu Dhabi Business center.• Involved in installation and configuration of IT infrastructure for 3 entities like Hyper V VM’s configuration, Wi-Fi setup with UniFi and Ruijie Controllers, Yeastar Call manger configuration, Etisalat acronis backup setup, Ubuntu Server Setup with multiple NIC for Odoo ERP etc.• Network Administration of infrastructure with 14 access switches,2 ASA 2 Core switches and 2 ISR• Perform the Domain administration of 3 domain controllers for 3 entities and Desktop Support for 100+ workstations, Support the Qmaitc Que Management System and User management and coordinate with the MOHRE approved integrators• Secure the network and systems, like Hardening the network with ACL’s and TCP Wrappers.

• Be a first level point of contact for all the application and Network Issues , own the incidents and follow it through all stages of incident management process lifecycle• Meet SLA Targets and reduce business impacts by solving Tickets of incidents under IT Service Desk Project• Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications• Troubleshoot Network Connectivity Issues• Make Availability reports of Web applications and Apps and Ensure End to End Availability to end users• Implement Access management process by coordinating with Developers• Test new applications and Help for Easy deployment• Identify incidents,analyse and raise tickets to different projects in Ticketing system in a user communities from all branches of AWOK in UAE,India,Egypt,China, Singapore, Ukraine and Pakistan
